Consultation & Full Price Inquiry with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Applicable to sports teams, independent gyms, rehab clinics, and training facilities.

Sports Package includes:
1. 8 sessions per month (2hr/session) with your athlete/s.
Can be one-on-one or grouped.

2. Each session consists of Sports Performance, Injury Prevention Training, Pain Management (cupping, electric stim, manual therapy, etc), Therapeutic Exercise, Manual Stretch, & Post-Surgical Rehab services as needed.

Reassessment of pain/problem area by your licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy at the re-start of each person’s treatment. This is ideal for those who would like to re-start treatment following the cessation of their previous treatment plan. Your Plan of Care and frequency of therapeutic sessions are redeveloped and a modified treatment will be performed including education in a home exercise program.
